Explore a home that was fully furnished by BoConcept, with pieces selected to complement the architecture rather than dominate it. The interiors feel calm and functional, supporting the compact layout while creating a comfortable and coherent living environment.

Some projects begin with a brief. Others begin with a shared way of thinking. The residential project developed by tenitt in Charlottenburg, Berlin, belongs to the latter. Conceived as a single furnished apartment, it was designed as more than a place to stay. The intention was to explore how art, design, and everyday living could coexist within one coherent, long-lasting environment, not layered on afterwards, but embedded from the start.

BoConcept México partnered with celebrated architect Germán Velasco to bring new life to Casa Rosa Polanco, the historic residence once home to Mexican film icon María Félix.
