Set within this progressive framework, BoConcept collaborated on the interior design of key residential and shared spaces, bringing a calm, contemporary sensibility to an environment designed for modern living.
In Guadalajara, a new urban narrative is emerging. RIGA is a forward-thinking development shaped around connectivity, mobility and the evolving rhythms of city life. Closely aligned with the construction of Line 5 of the city’s mass transit system, the project marks an important step in transforming metropolitan connectivity while contributing to the broader shift toward electromobility in the region.
As part of the project, BoConcept developed the interior design of the show apartments, creating spaces that articulate both the architectural vision of RIGA and its lifestyle aspirations. Each apartment was thoughtfully composed to support the commercial presentation of the development while remaining grounded in real, everyday living. The interiors reflect current design directions through balanced proportions, considered materiality and functional layouts—spaces designed not only to be seen, but to be experienced.
BoConcept also shaped the interiors of 60 long-stay apartments within the RIGA development. Conceived for medium- to long-term rental, these homes were designed with durability, comfort and adaptability at their core. The result is a living environment that supports daily life over time, where functional solutions are seamlessly integrated into a cohesive, modern aesthetic—offering residents a sense of ease, stability and quiet refinement.
Extending beyond the private apartments, BoConcept worked on the furniture and interior concept for the lobby and shared areas of the project. These spaces were envisioned as natural points of arrival and interaction, setting the tone for the entire development. Refined yet welcoming, the common areas express the quality and character of RIGA while embodying BoConcept’s distinctive approach to contemporary interiors.
RIGA represents a holistic approach to urban development—one that brings together infrastructure, mobility and thoughtful design. Within this vision, interiors play a defining role in shaping how spaces are lived in, shared and experienced over time. For BoConcept, the collaboration reflects a continued commitment to projects that see design not as an addition, but as an integral element of contemporary urban life.
