Your Role

As a Global Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and researching high-potential clients in sectors such as hospitality, office, and real estate development. Your key activities will include:

• Conducting outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn

• Qualifying leads for strategic alignment

• Scheduling meetings and product presentations

• Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline in HubSpot

• Monitoring lead progression and conversion metrics

• Collaborating closely with Marketing to align messaging and campaigns

• Developing customized prospecting sequences

• Expanding our Trade Program by onboarding new partners and engaging franchise stores

What You’ll Bring

• Curiosity, proactive drive, and a results-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and networking abilities in English (additional languages are an asset)

• Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation - ideally within design, furniture, or hospitality sectors

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and digital prospecting methods

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment\
