Royal Suite – Lars Wallin

The Royal Suite at the Radisson Hotel in Gothenburg offers a quietly refined expression of thoughtful design, crafted by the celebrated Swedish designer Lars Wallin.

More than a luxurious space, it gracefully balances comfort and elegance, creating a natural flow between private sanctuary and spaces for socialising or work.

Lars’s aim was to fashion a suite that truly feels like home — a calm retreat where guests might relax or entertain with ease. This intention is reflected in every detail: the harmonious palette of deep reds, soft pinks and warm browns, and the carefully chosen materials that encourage a sense of calm and comfort.

BoConcept was honoured to support this vision with subtle, bespoke touches to our furniture. The Salamanca sofa, upholstered in fabrics personally selected by Lars, provides a gentle focal point in the social area. Alongside it, the Adelaide chair and Hauge bar stool offer versatility, suited equally to informal or more formal occasions.

This partnership opened new creative avenues, blending a shared vision with personal touches — a quiet reminder that design is about connection and understanding as much as it is about the pieces themselves.
