Eating more greens is a great way to increase the total nutrient content of your diet. And when blended in this delicious mixture, it’s a well-tasting, energy-boosting start to your day.

•                          2 bananas
•                          2 handfuls of fresh spinach 
•                          1 avocado
•                          1 small piece of ginger (approx. 1×2 cm)
•                          The juice from half a lemon
•                          200 g frozen mango
•                          3 dl almond milk
•                          Mint (optional)

Put everything except mint in a blender and blend to an even consistency. 
Decorate with mint and drink the smoothie right away.
Enjoy.
