Coastal Town Of Lytham St Annes, UK

Forest Gate Apartments

A collaboration between two like-minded businesses has given shape to a new way to selling luxury apartments. In the coveted North-west coastal town of Lytham St Annes in the UK, this new development offers effortless living in an attractive setting, with every interior aspect taken care of too.

Common understanding

A successful partnership is the result of a variety of factors. Very often though, it can be tracked down to one particular and important aspect: common understanding. Do the partners involved share the same values and ideas of the intention behind the project?

For a new apartment development in the north of England, this type of partner synergy has led to a successful ongoing partnership with BoConcept, affirming a shared view on purpose and ambition.

Every detail taken into consideration

The project called Forest Gate, situated in the sought-after area of the Fylde coast, with secluded landscaped surroundings and greenery and a short walk from the seaside. Behind the Forest Gate development is Chandler Homes, led by Michael Davies. Davies has set out to create luxury homes which feel inspirational, innovative, & safe. At Forest Gate, 27 apartments, spread across two buildings, tick all the boxes for people who wish to move into a new home where every detail has been taken into consideration.

Turning vision into reality

To create designer interiors which would match his development, Davies contacted BoConcept. ‘The apartments at Forest Gate are luxurious, sustainable, economical to run. Using the most advanced technology to create luxurious homes is paramount and BoConcept understood that ethos. Their furniture and furnishings enhance and compliment that, turning our vision into reality,’ explains Davies about his choice of partner.

Emma Hurst, Head of Trade & Contract at BoConcept, has overseen the project since the beginning. With her ten years of experience within BoConcept, Emma understands the importance of fostering strong customer relationships and keeping up the commitment to time management and impeccable project delivery. ‘Emma and her team have been professional, courteous, efficient, and innovative. Nothing was too much trouble and installation was seamless’, continues Davies.

Speaking the same language

For future Forest Gate residents, Hurst developed a bespoke furniture packages for residents. Offering various combinations of furniture, perfectly sized and designed for Forest gate, purchasers can take the stress out of moving home with ready-made solutions from BoConcept.

Explaining the partnership with Chandler Homes Emma says

Additionally, each home has access to the free design service from BoConcept, to help new residents obtain exactly the home interior they dream of, in a simple and effortless way. BoConcept’s commitment to offering a complete service for both client and end-consumers was a key USP to Chandler homes. In this BoConcept and Chandler Homes, speak the same language, fully understanding the aim of the project and the end consumers needs perfectly.
