Delivery & assembly
For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly. Our in-store consultants will advise you if this service is recommended depending on the complexity of the product that you are ordering. Our delivery service includes removal of packaging, expert assembly and placement of the furniture in your home – ask in store for details and prices. If sold in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, we assemble free of charge, when items are to freighted out of Auckland or Wellington we recommend that the product remains flat-packed to ensure the product arrives safely.
Delivery time
As most of our collection is customised for you, we do not have every product in stock. Our normal delivery time for board furniture is 8–10 weeks and 10–12 weeks for upholstery.
Return and exchange policy
We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and pay great attention to detail, construction and finish. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. If you have ordered a non-bespoke item, you are entitled to return your purchase within a certain number of days as long as it is unused and undamaged. We ask you to return the product in its orginal packaging. A usage, transport or restocking fee may apply. Please contact the local store, where you have made your purchase, and they can assist you with the return process.
Product claims
We work hard to ensure that all of our products are of highest quality, but in case there are any issues with the products you’ve received, please contact your local store as soon as possible. We will assess your claim as fast as we can and if valid, refund, replace or repair the product depending on the issue.

Meet Simple
The Simple rug has been hand-loomed by skilled Indian craftsmen. In the hand-loomed construction process of rugs, rugs are woven on a vertical loom with a mounted warp. The quality of the rug produced is heavily influenced by the weaving method. Unlike machine-made rugs, which commonly come with fringes, most hand-loomed carpets are sealed at the ends. Following the weaving process, the rug is subjected to drying out in the sun. With a gentle, modulated tone to accentuate its excellent craftsmanship, this item has the impression of a well-worn vintage. The rug has a stunning modern design in vibrant colors that gives a current, trendy accent from room to room in any house.
