  • 300 g sugar
  • 300 g butter
  • 400 g flour
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • The seeds from 1 vanilla pod

Heat the oven to 200°C. Mix the vanilla seeds with sugar and combine it with the butter. Add flour, salt and egg and knead thoroughly but not for too long. Add the mixture to a piping bag with a star shaped tip and make small circles on a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Bake for 12 minutes until golden.
