Step 1: To shape your cloud, start by attaching chicken wire to a hoop or frame, bending it into your desired cloud-like shape.

Step 2: Begin building volume with fresh or dried greenery. Weave the stems through the chicken wire, allowing the foliage to spill over and around the frame to mimic the softness and natural flow of a cloud.

Ingredients:

2 large eggs (whites and yolks separated)

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons butter, melted

2 cups buttermilk

Additional melted butter (for greasing the pan)

Step 1: Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and set aside.
