    Delivery & assembly

    For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly.

    Delivery time

    At BoConcept we do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home.

    Our normal delivery time for stock item 3-4 days. Custom made item is 6-8 weeks for board furniture, 8-10 weeks for upholstery furniture. (All items in your order will be delivered simultaneously, unless other is stated.)

    Order change or cancellation

    If you change your mind about your order, you can, of course, cancel or change it within 48 hours. For custom made items, however, you must cancel or change your order within 24 hours.

    Returns

    We are sure you will love your new BoConcept product, but if you’re not quite happy with it, you can return the unused product in original box to us within 7 working days for store credit.

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a store credit for products that are custom made to your specifications. If your wish to return a custom made product, please contact your 124E24BA-62CE-485F-892C-262D08CC1D53 and they will help you with your options.

    Product claims

    We work hard to ensure that all of our products are of highest quality, but in case there are any issues with the products you’ve received, please contact your 124E24BA-62CE-485F-892C-262D08CC1D53 as soon as possible. We will assess your claim as fast as we can and if valid, refund, replace or repair the product depending on the issue.

Henrik Pedersen is the experienced designer behind many of our designs, counting armchairs, tables, sofas and lamps. Henrik Pedersen has always been inspired by seeing things up close. This is evident in the unexpected curves of his designs, like the iconic Imola chair, inspired by a tennis ball.
