BoConcept partnered with TWO ROOMS in Tokyo to reimagine its interiors, crafting a space where design, atmosphere, and experience unfold with considered elegance. Learn more about BoConcept’s approach to supporting this transformation – a space that combines refined dining, live jazz, DJ performances, and immersive visual experiences.
Designing a hospitality space that adapts seamlessly from day to night can be complex, especially for a venue as iconic as TWO ROOMS in Tokyo. Since its opening in 2009, TWO ROOMS has been a landmark for social gatherings, hosting weddings, private celebrations, and high-profile guests from around the world. In 2025, the venue underwent a major renovation to refresh its interiors, culinary experience, and entertainment offerings.
BoConcept guided the project from the initial concept to furniture selection and spatial planning, ensuring that every area responded to the needs of guests and staff. Atelier 246 provides a refined setting for daytime meals and intimate evenings, while Vista Lounge supports digital activations and nightlife. The Private Dining Room celebrates craftsmanship, featuring an exclusive hat installation by milliner Thom O’Brien.
Materials including granite, brass, leather, and the Swamp Kauri bar counter were carefully integrated to create a coherent and functional environment, reflecting both sophistication and attention to heritage. Budget constraints were addressed through tailored solutions, allowing the project to meet design goals without compromise. Every choice, from furniture layout to material selection, was made to enhance the rhythm of the day and to support a high-quality experience for all visitors.
Through this collaboration, BoConcept demonstrated how design expertise, practical problem-solving, and attention to detail can support complex hospitality projects. TWO ROOMS now offers a space that is dynamic, thoughtful, and prestigious, maintaining its legacy while accommodating evolving guest experiences and high-profile events.
