BoConcept wants to make sure that Franchise Partners get all the necessary support and training to perform effectively and build a profitable business, so we invest strongly in providing world-class support, both initial and ongoing, in all business areas and retailing.

  • Location Search and Negotiation
    A team of Location Managers helps the Franchise Partners to search, identify and negotiate the best store locations for their BoConcept stores.
  • Store Planning
    A team of Store Designers work on the best store layout for the available space and then Project Managers coordinate all the build-up process of the new store. Furthermore, the Store Designers can support the stores with drawings in case of bigger upgrades.
  • Store Opening
    The Store Opening Team at BoConcept is responsible for supporting the Franchise Partners in a wide range of aspects when opening a BoConcept Store, such as recommending a warehouse set up, defining the most effective store routines, training the staff and supporting on all the details that help stores to better perform from day 1.
  • IT-system and Business intelligence
    The IT-system supports the processes in the BoConcept stores, and makes administration, reporting and performance evaluation easier to access and work with. Moreover, a business intelligence system has been added to enable the use of sales statistics and more data.
  • BoConcept Academy
    BoConcept is responsible for ensuring that all BoConcept Franchise Partners and employees are educated according to the set BoConcept standards.

    The BoConcept training programs are conducted to ensure the implementation of the best practice in all BoConcept stores.

    The training is conducted as a combination of training seminars in Denmark, locally or on-the-job coaching in the store as well as online e-learning seminars.

    This is all documented in our on-line platform and manuals, describing all aspects of running a store from sales and management to products and logistics.
  • Retail | Executive Retail Advisors
    The Executive Retail Advisors (ERA) have an in-depth understanding of the concept and daily running of the BoConcept store, supporting the Franchise Partners in all the processes and routines that will allow to achieve a better overall performance of the stores.
  • Visual Merchandising
    The Visual Merchandisers at BoConcept can assist with every styling needs for the stores.

    The department develops the BoConcept styling guidelines and keep the stores informed of new inspiration, tips and tricks.

    Furthermore, the Visual Merchandising team visits the stores worldwide to conduct styling of new stores as well as help with updates in existing stores.
  • Customer Service
    The Customer Service team assists the Franchise Partners in case of general order related inquiries, claims, etc.
  • Marketing & Communication
    BoConcept is a brand. All communication is rooted in our brand values and takes its starting point in a global platform to obtain high brand recognition.

    Our experienced Marketing Department at headquarters or in the markets supports and advises our Franchise Partners in all communication aspects and provides all the materials and guidance to efficiently generate in-store traffic.

    The global platform includes a full range of marketing materials like catalogues, flyers, in-store materials, advertisements, direct mails and newsletters, branded e-com websites, social media content and tips, press releases, etc.
