Project Scope and Objectives:

The client, a real estate developer, sought to elevate the aesthetic of two premium penthouse apartments. Their goal was to create a high-end, exclusive look that would appeal to discerning buyers, moving away from the more basic furnishings they had used in previous developments.

BoConcept's premium furnishings significantly enhanced the apartments appeal. In a remarkable outcome, the smaller of the two penthouses was sold within three months, and the buyer purchased all the included furniture. This result exceeded the developer's expectations, prompting them to consider similar design strategies for future projects in collaboration with BoConcept.
