Project Scope and Objectives

The customer, a real estate developer, sought to elevate the esthetics of two premium penthouse apartments. The goal was to create a high-end, exclusive look that would appeal to discerning buyers, moving away from the more basic furnishings they had used in previous developments.

The Impact of BoConcept Furnishings

BoConcept's premium furnishings significantly enhanced the apartments' appeal. In a remarkable outcome, the smaller of the two penthouses was sold within three months, and the buyer purchased all the included furniture. This result exceeded the developer's expectations, prompting them to consider similar design strategies for future projects in collaboration with BoConcept.
