Gledswood Hills Interior Design Project

Set within a refined architectural setting, Interior Designer Yan worked with the client to explore a cohesive sequence of warmth, balance, and contemporary Australian living.

The brief centred on creating an inviting home that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces while maintaining a sense of calm sophistication. A restrained palette of soft neutrals is layered with tactile fabrics, natural stone, and warm timber elements, allowing texture and contrast to take precedence.

The home boasts large windows and vertical space to allow abundant natural light deep into the interiors, amplifying the home’s openness and strengthening the visual connection to the surrounding landscape.

Carefully selected pieces like the Salamanca, Indivi, Santiago and Bolzano armchair emphasise comfort without compromising on form, while subtle styling accessories introduce depth and personality.

The result is a composed, timeless interior that feels both effortlessly liveable and quietly luxurious, reflecting a modern lifestyle grounded in ease, clarity, and thoughtful design.
