Claudio Bellini is a world-renowned architect and designer, celebrated for his cosmopolitan vision and forward-thinking design philosophy. In 1996, he founded CLAUDIO BELLINI Studio in Milan, a multidisciplinary practice internationally recognized for its innovative work across furniture, product, and interior design. The studio’s signature lies in its elegant, functional esthetics and its ability to bridge cultural perspectives with Italian design heritage.
With Volterra, Claudio Bellini brings an architectural lens to the dining space – transforming everyday rituals into something elevated, expressive and enduring. Comprising dining tables, dining chairs, sideboards, coffee tables and side tables, Volterra is conceived as a complete dining and living environment that balances elegance, functionality and a strong sense of permanence.
With Paraggi, Claudio Bellini explores the idea of furniture not as a static object, but as a living, evolving space - combining Italian sensibility with Danish design clarity. Paraggi is conceived as an environment within the home – a space that supports the rhythms of everyday life. From quiet moments of retreat to more open, social settings, the sofa is designed to respond intuitively.
Milano brings together the best of Danish and Italian design. “The outside is clean, minimal, and precise — a controlled surface,” says Claudio Bellini. “But the interior is sensual, rich, and inviting. That duality is key. It’s how I see the Danish and Italian design sensibilities coming together.”
“Danish design is rooted in craftsmanship and process. There’s a transparency to it that resonates. Italian design was often more provocative - more about stepping out of the box.”
