About the Role
As a Senior Design Consultant, you’ll combine interior design expertise with strong sales skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll:
Provide personalized design consultations in-store and in-home
Use our 3D design software to create inspiring presentations
Build lasting relationships and consistently exceed sales goals
Maintain showroom standards and collaborate with a driven team
What We Offer
Base salary + uncapped commission and quarterly/yearly bonus potential for a total of $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year.

About You

Degree in Interior Design (required)
Strong people skills and passion for customer service
