BOCONCEPT QATAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the terms and conditions before completing the purchase.

1. DELIVERY TIME:

a) Most of our furniture is made in Europe and manufactured to order individually.

b) The period taken in the process of upholstery and manufacture of customised products and delivery takes 4-8 months and subject to agreed before completing the payment.

c) The exact time or date of delivery is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is a possibility that your order will be delayed, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.

2. THE STORE'S EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

a) Some of our products have unique characteristics such as natural leather, natural wood and some types of fabric or handicrafts. These products are sold as they are made and will be replaced if there is only a manufacturing defect. b) If the product is specially ordered/manufactured according to the customer’s requests, the customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours from the date of purchase. An additional fee will be charged thereafter. c) In case that the product is customised according to the customer’s desire, 50% of the total value will be collected before the completion of the order. This value cannot be refunded if the order is cancelled by the customer before the end of the agreed product manufacturing period. d) An additional fee of QR 250 will be charged if the items are returned/exchanged by us after the delivery. e) Items returned after 14 days from the date of purchase will be by issuing store credit voucher only. f) The store credit voucher is issued one time only and cannot be reprinted in case it is lost. g) Items shall be returned only if the following terms are met by the customer:

1. The original purchase invoice must be presented. 2. Item(s) must be in their original packaging. 3. The tag or label on the item(s) shall not be removed. 4. The product(s) must not have been specially manufactured/ordered according to the customer's request. 5. The absence of any defects in the item resulting from misuse.

3. CASES OF COMPULSORY REPLACEMENT AND RETURN ACCORDING TO LAW NO. (8) OF 2008 REGARDING CONSUMER PROTECTION:

a) The consumer has the right to exchange and return products without additional fees in the following cases:

1. If it becomes apparent that the product has a defect or a deficiency in its value or benefit according to its intended purpose. 2. It does not meet the standard specifications prescribed by Qatar General Authority for Standardization and Metrology. 3. If the product is contrary to the purpose for which it was contracted. 4. The amount will be refunded in the same method of payment, before 14 days from the date of purchase.

4. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION:

a) The customer must complete the entire payment process before booking any delivery appointment. b) The customer must notify us 48 hours before the delivery date of any restrictions at the delivery address. c) In case of failure to deliver on time for any reason beyond our responsibility and caused by the customer, we are entitled (after providing proof of that) to re-delivery at an additional fee of QR 250 d) An additional delivery fee of QR 250 will be charged for any areas outside Doha. e) We do not take or dispose of old or unwanted furniture. f) Additional assembly fees apply to some of our products, these fees vary depending on the nature of the product. g) We do not install lights or hang any products on the wall or ceiling for security and safety reasons. h) Please ensure that the items have been delivered and assembled correctly and completely. In case of any problems related to the safety of the items or defective assembly you must inform the delivery team immediately and fill out the required form. Please also ensure the good condition of the items at the time of delivery and check them before signing the document accepting the receipt of the items. We are not responsible for any subsequent complaints after the delivery team has left the building.

5. STORAGE FEE:

a) BoConcept offers free 30-day storage of purchased items. b) 100 QAR will be charged for storing items per day after the initial 30 days. c) The full storage fee must be paid in store prior to delivery of any stored items

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

a) All these terms and conditions are subject to Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection and its implementing regulations.See terms and conditions for your local BoConcept store by clicking on one of the links below.
