At BoConcept, we develop beautiful designs from the best materials to ensure a high, enduring quality. That's why we offer a 5-year warranty on all our product designs – but of course we expect them to last even longer. Warranty Terms

Delivery & assembly

For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly.

Delivery time

At BoConcept we do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home.

Our normal delivery time is 2-4 weeks for board furniture, 6-8 weeks for upholstery furniture. (All items in your order will be delivered simultaneously, unless otherwise is stated).

Order change or cancellation

If you change your mind about your order, you can, of course, cancel or change it within 48 hours. For custom made items, however, you must cancel or change your order within 24 hours.

Returns

We are sure you will love your new BoConcept product, but if you’re not quite happy with your accessory purchase, you can return the unused product to us within 7 working days for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for products that are customised to your specifications. If you wish to return a customised product, please contact the store you purchased the item from and they will help you with your options.

Product claims

We work hard to ensure that all of our products are of highest quality, but in case there are any issues with the products you’ve received, please contact your local store as soon as possible. We will assess your claim as fast as we can and if valid, refund, replace or repair the product depending on the issue.

BoConcept has gone to great lengths to illustrate our products. We offer customised furniture and the ability to create it on line. Some of our images are 3D visualisations and might appear subtly different to the products they depict. Colour reproduction can also vary from device to device. The images of the furniture are created dynamically, allowing you to see all the possible furniture solutions offered by us. Whether building a customised Product or not each image should be viewed in conjunction with the descriptive text and will be limited by the screen settings of your own computer screen. If an exact colour match is vital, we recommend you order a free sample swatch or contact your local BoConcept Brand Store.
