We have a great opportunity for a Sales Manager in our Tottenham-Court-Road Store London.

Responsibilities
The Sales manager will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships with outstanding customer service skills.
He/ she will continuously assist the store manager to develop the store's sales operations to optimise the turnover per square foot.
The Sales manager will have a track record of sales achievement and excellent customer service.
The Sales Manager works to improve our organisation’s market position and achieve financial growth. This person, together with the Team, defines long-term organisational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The profile
Role model in selling and exceeding target is a must.
Be a champion in customer service at all time.
Willing to learn and support the manager in organising and leading staff training in product knowledge, selling skills.
Experience in interior design and/ or selling furniture is needed, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude
Be able to demonstrate a successful sales achievement.
Most Week-end work and Bank Holiday are required.
