At BoConcept, we develop beautiful designs from the best materials to ensure a high, enduring quality. That's why we offer a 5-year warranty on all our product designs – but of course we expect them to last even longer. WARRANTY TERMS

Delivery & assembly

For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly.

For delivery and assembly charges, kindly check in store for rates.

Please ensure that your purchase is delivered and assembled correctly and your order is complete. Any claim regarding shortages, damaged or defective goods must be made within three working days to our Customer Service Team.

Delivery time

At BoConcept, we do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home.

For all indent orders, the estimated delivery date given to you is an approximate and is given in good faith. If it is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible, however, we cannot accept any liability for consequential losses as a result.

When your order is available for delivery you will be contacted by our Delivery Planner. You will be offered the first available delivery slot. If this is unsuitable, another mutually convenient time will be arranged.

For all items in stock, delivery must be taken within one month from the date of purchase.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept returns for items which are in good condition but found to be unsuitable after delivery or collection.

We do not accept any cancellation of orders and all monies paid will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.

No changes or alterations to the original order can be accepted after two working days from the order date.

Product claims

We work hard to ensure that all of our products are of highest quality, but in case there are any issues with the products you’ve received; please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. We will assess your claim as fast as we can and if valid, replace, repair or refund the product depending on the issue.
