Located in a rural landscape near Laguna del Sauce, this seasonal residence was designed in response to both the characteristics of the site and the challenges of building in a remote location. For this reason, a prefabricated system was chosen, allowing the house to be fully constructed off-site and later transported in modules for final assembly on the plot.
The design is structured around a 3 × 3 metre metal grid that brings clarity and proportion to the overall composition. On the outside, black corrugated metal cladding gives the volume a discreet presence within the landscape, while the interior introduces a clear sense of warmth through birch plywood surfaces applied to walls and ceilings.
The home was fully furnished by BoConcept, with pieces selected to complement the architecture rather than dominate it. The interiors feel calm and functional, supporting the compact layout while creating a comfortable and coherent living environment.
A generous covered terrace facing the lagoon extends the living space outward, creating a natural connection between the house and its surroundings and allowing everyday life to unfold in close relationship with the landscape.
