In the late summer of 2014, 6 years after the onset of the global financial crisis, BoConcept had yet to find a way to decisively
break a downward spiral in both top and bottom line results. Horizon 2016-17 was initiated - a strategic transformation of the business to reorganise the company, consolidate the franchise model and reduce complexity with the objective of delivering 10% EBIT in the financial year 2016/17. Half way into the program, almost a year ahead of plan, BoConcept began harvesting the fruits of the hard work and delived consistently above budget.
