Executive Retail Advisor
Each Executive Retail Advisor (ERA) is responsible for the overall performance of a set number of BoConcept stores.
The ERA has an in-depth understanding of the concept and daily running of the BoConcept store. The ERA will in other words handle the overall business conversations with the store and will request assistance from the specialists on more detailed work within a certain topic such as the IT system Axapta, Visual Merchandising and staff training. A very important aspect of the ERA's work is to secure that the needed agreements between the store and franchisor are in place.
Axapta is the store IT-system that headquarters in Denmark has decided to use as the operational platform. The IT-system supports the processes in the BoConcept stores, and makes administration, reporting and performance evaluation easier to access and work with. Moreover, a business intelligence system Targit has been added to enable the use of sales statistics and more from the Axapta database. In addition to this, supply chain management and benchmarking will be streamlined throughout the chain with logistics and performance improvements as a result.
BoConcept University is responsible for ensuring that all BoConcept employees are educated according to the set BoConcept standards.
The BCU training programs are conducted to ensure the implementation of the best practice in all BoConcept stores. This is all documented in our on-line store management manual, the Power Book, describing all aspects of running a store from sales and management to products and logistics. The training is conducted as a combination of training seminars in Denmark, locally or on-the-job coaching in the store as well as online e-learning seminars.
The Visual Merchandisers at BoConcept can assist with every styling needs for the stores. The department develops the BoConcept styling guidelines and keep the stores informed of new inspiration, tips and tricks.
Furthermore, the Visual Merchandising team visits the stores world-wide to conduct styling of new stores as well as help with updates in existing stores.
The Customer Service team is the daily contact in case of general order related inquiries, claims etc.
Store Opening Department
The Store Opening Department at BoConcept is responsible for supporting the franchisees in a wide range of aspects when opening a BoConcept Store. This varies from the Store Designer doing the store layout to the Opening Support Manager assisting the franchisee in recommending a warehouse set up, store routines and more.
Furthermore, the Store Designer can support the stores with drawings in case of bigger upgrades.

Our experienced Marketing Department at headquarters or in the markets will be able to support and advise you in all communication aspects as well as provide you with all the materials required to efficiently generate in-store traffic. The global platform includes a full range of marketing materials like catalogues, flyers, in-store materials, advertisements, direct mails, branded e-com websites, social media content and platforms, press releases and more.
