As most of our collection is customised for you, we do not have a wide range in stock. If the item is in stock, feel free to pick up the furniture at our warehouse right away.
We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and pay great attention to detail, construction and finish. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. If you have got a incorrect item, please contact the store where you have made your purchase and they can assist you with the return process.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for products that are custom made to your specifications. If your wish to return a custom made product, please contact your local store and they will help you with your options.
We work hard to ensure that all of our products are of highest quality, but in case there are any issues with the products you’ve received, please contact your local store as soon as possible. We will assess your claim as fast as we can and if valid, refund, replace or repair the product depending on the issue.
