Applicable to all newsletter sign-up giveaways conducted from 02 February 2026, 00:00 (SGT) to 31 March 2026, 23:59 (SGT) on BoConcept Singapore digital platforms, including website and social media (e.g., Instagram and Facebook).
The giveaway is open to individuals that are at least 18 years old and residing in the country where the giveaway is being held (Singapore). Employees of the organiser, its affiliates/related companies, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete BoConcept Singapore newsletter sign-up via the Newsletter Sign-Up Page during the Promotion Period and provide their first name, last name, and email address. One (1) entry per person is allowed. No purchase is required.
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. 3 April 2026. The draw will be witnessed internally. The organiser will notify the winner via email and/or announce the winner on BoConcept Singapore Instagram . Participants are responsible for checking the email account provided (including spam/junk folders). If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the organiser reserves the right to choose another winner or handle the unclaimed prize at its discretion.
The giveaway prize is one (1) Imola Chair (“Prize”) with a total value of up to SGD 10,000 as determined by the Organiser. The winner may select the material and colour from options made available by the Organiser within the Prize value cap. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
To redeem the giveaway prize, the winner must provide any information reasonably required for fulfilment (e.g., full name and contact number) and confirm delivery details within the Claim Period.
Delivery and installation are provided by the Organiser and are limited to Singapore addresses only, subject to scheduling availability and site accessibility. Any additional handling requirements (e.g., carrying items up stairs where no lift access is available) may incur additional arrangements and will be assessed and confirmed by the Organiser prior to delivery.
By participating in the giveaway, participants grant the organiser the right to use their name, likeness, photographs, videos, and/or social media handle captured or submitted in connection with the giveaway for publicity, promotional, and marketing purposes, in any media, without additional consent or compensation. \
Personal data collected: first name, last name, and email address. For the winner only, additional information may be collected for fulfilment purposes (e.g., contact number and delivery address). This data will be used to administer the giveaway and to send newsletters/marketing communications (as applicable based on consent). Privacy Policy: Data will be retained while the participant remains subscribed.
The organiser of the giveaway is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur during the giveaway, including but not limited to errors in entry submission, notification, or prize fulfilment.
The organiser reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without notice, subject to applicable laws and fair practice expectations.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Participants release Instagram/Facebook/Meta from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
The giveaway is governed by the laws of the country where the giveaway is being held (Singapore).
By participating in the giveaway, participants release the organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
