Delivery & assembly
For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly. Our in-store consultants will advise you if this service is recommended depending on the complexity of the product that you are ordering. Our delivery service includes removal of packaging, expert assembly and placement of the furniture in your home – ask in store for details and prices. If sold in Auckland and Wellington region, we assemble free of charge, when items are to freighted out of Auckland or Wellington we recommend that the product remains flat-packed to ensure the product arrives safely.
As most of our collection is customised for you, we do not have every product in stock. Our normal delivery time for board furniture is 4–5 weeks and 7–9 weeks for upholstery. If the item is in stock, feel free to pick up the furniture from our warehouse straight away (warehouse is closed on Sunday).

Return and exchange policy
We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and pay great attention to detail, construction and finish. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. If you have ordered a non-bespoke item, you are entitled to return your purchase within a certain number of days as long as it is unused and undamaged. We ask you to return the product in its orginal packaging. A usage, transport or restocking fee may apply. Please contact the store, where you have made your purchase, and they can assist you with the return process.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are always welcome in our stores and studios to view all the products in our range. However, our stores vary in size and you may not find our entire product range on display at your local BoConcept store. Our full range is available to order, please ask one of our interior consultants, who will be pleased to help and advise you. All products are subject to availability.
Due to national trends, our accessories range is constantly updated.
All prices are recommended retail prices in NZD ($) and include GST.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex (excluding discounted prouduct), Gem, cash, cheque and bank deposit.

All lamps and light fittings conform to US/European guidelines for domestic use. Some of our lamps are not available in all countries. Please check in store.
All lamps on arrival into New Zealand have their plugs converted to a NZ plug and are tested by an approved electrician.
