Modern glass-top coffee table with a decorative bowl and books on a textured rug.

Glass Care Guide

Many of our glass table tops and doors are made of tempered glass. Tempered glass is less fragile than regular glass and if breakage occurs it granulates into less dangerous pieces.

However, this does not mean tempered glass is more scratch resistant than regular glass. Therefore, please refrain from placing heavy weight on any glass surface. Do not drag glass furniture. Check with your store to see whether your glass purchase contains tempered glass.

General care instructions for glass:

  • Glass cleaner may be used to clean glass. Glass cleaner should not come into contact with any other materials, such as door frames, as it may cause discolouration of the finished surface of the frame.
