Furniture Installer / Delivery Team Manager - Redbrick Leeds

The position available is for a Furniture Installer / Delivery Team Member, £tbc

Responsibilities;

  • Interact with customers daily
  • Good IT skills essential as you will be using our in-house I.T systems
  • Loading furniture into the vehicle
  • Driving deliveries to site / customer homes etc.
  • Install, assemble and demonstrate the furniture
  • Organise access to site eg. lift / stairs etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Skills, experience and attributes required;

  • Experience assembling and fitting furniture OR a basic level of carpentry/DIY skills
  • Customer service, fitting and assembly
  • Possess a passion for delivering customer satisfaction, have a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile in order to give our customers a memorable experience
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • A full clean UK driving license – as driving will be an essential part of this role 
  • You may be required to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekend work plus possible overtime, depending on customer demand
