    Delivery & assembly

    For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly.

    Delivery time

    At BoConcept we do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home.

    Our normal delivery time is 3-4 weeks for board furniture, 6-7 weeks for upholstery furniture. (All items in your order will be delivered simultaneously, unless other is stated.)

    Order change or cancellation

    If you change your mind about your order, you can, of course, cancel or change it within 48 hours. For custom made items, however, you must cancel or change your order within 24 hours.

    Returns

    We are sure you will love your new BoConcept product, but if you’re not quite happy with it, you can return the unused product to us within 7 working days for a full refund.

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for products that are custom made to your specifications. If your wish to return a custom made product, please contact your 124E24BA-62CE-485F-892C-262D08CC1D53 and they will help you with your options.

    The concrete bases are unique in their appearance with individual markings and colour nuances. This means that not two are alike and that you will get your own individual and beautiful table.

    The concrete base is hollow inside. This makes the table lighter and thereby easier to move around if needed. The base is constructed with a contra weight feature making the table heavier in the bottom for optimal stability.
  • Moulded concrete
    The bases are made of moulded concrete ensuring a uniform, crooked and extraordinary design that will add an extra touch to any interior.
