BoConcept Canada Design Service Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Overview

By entering this contest, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The contest is organized by BoConcept Canada (referred to as the “Organizer”) and is open to eligible entrants in Canada under the terms set out below.

2. Eligibility

• The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

• Employees, representatives, and agents of BoConcept Canada and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, individuals must sign up for the BoConcept Canada newsletter via the designated pop-up form on the BoConcept Canada website.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be removed.

4. Contest Period

• The contest opens on October 21, 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (ET) on November 16, 2025.

• Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will be selected to receive a Premium Level BoConcept Design Service.

• Approximate retail value varies depending on project scope but holds no cash value.

• The Design Service must be redeemed before December 31, 2025.

• The service is available only at BoConcept Laval and BoConcept Toronto locations.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative will be provided.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about November 18, 2025.

• The selected entrant will be contacted via the email provided at the time of entry.

• To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

  1. Respond to the notification within 5 business days.

  2. Correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question.

  3. Sign and return a declaration and release form (as required).

• If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, does not meet the contest conditions, or declines the prize, another entrant will be selected.

7. General Conditions

• BoConcept Canada reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.

• The Organizer is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries or any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected through this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and, where opted-in, to receive BoConcept marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. For residents of Quebec, this contest is subject to the jurisdiction of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.

10. Quebec Residents

• Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest in Quebec may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.

• Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
