Our new, improved website is now live, offering you an even better way to experience our products and services. It is no longer possible to log into your My BoConcept account to see your orders, favorited products and quotations, so please browse our frequently asked questions (FAQ) below, for help. Your local store will also do their utmost to answer any questions you may have, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

In your email inbox, you will find the order details that were sent to you on the purchase date.  Alternatively, contact the BoConcept store that is completing your order for more information.

If you have an existing offer or quotation, please reach out to the store where it was created and they will help you.

If you have a gift card, you will no longer be able to use it online. However, you can exchange it for a physical gift card. The store that issued your gift card will have attempted to contact the gift card purchaser, but if you haven’t heard anything from us, please contact the store to exchange your gift card for your new physical gift card to use in-store.

It is no longer possible to buy via split payment. If you have an existing order on split payment, the store where you shop will contact you and find the solution that suits you best.
