Two overlapping round ceramic Madrid tabletops with neutral tones

Ceramic Tabletop Care Guide

The ceramic tabletop offers a timeless esthetic, and adds an element of style and grace to the room. At the same time, the ceramic tabletop is easy to maintain, and ceramic tabletops are known for their strength and durability.

The ceramic surface is dense and strong with minimal porosity. It is easy to clean and extremely hygienic. Cold or hot items can be placed directly on the tabletop.

Ceramic tabletops are relatively scratch-resistant, but they are not completely scratch free or scratch-proof.

Sharp or hard objects, heavy or abrasive items dragged across the surface may scratch and damage it. We recommend using coasters as an extra precaution to protect the surface from scratches.

The brown and white ceramic has a polished surface that is more vulnerable to scratches than the ash gray matte ceramic, which has a more roughly textured surface. A polished, highly reflective surface means more visible scratches.

Scratches caused by everyday use are considered normal wear and tear, not eligible for a claim.

The material is not affected by UV light; it will not change color over time.

Cleaning and maintenance:

The surface is easy to clean. For day-to-day cleaning, use water, a neutral detergent and a soft cloth.

Do not use scrubbing tools that could potentially scratch the surface.

Avoid using alcohol, bleach and acid cleaners, which can discolor the surface.
