Studio WeissKrogh

Oliver & Lukas WeissKrogh – known for their refined, functional approach to Danish design – strive to create original, durable pieces with a strong Scandinavian identity. Their work is shaped by global travel, architectural influence and a trained eye for composition, proportion and light, reflecting a desire to create timeless designs that remain appealing and useful for generations.

A considered silhouette

Challenging the expectation that sofa beds prioritize function over form, Studio WeissKrogh concealed Lucerne’s engineering within a clean, timeless silhouette, where beauty and purpose are seamlessly integrated.

Refined heritage

Oliver and Lukas WeissKrogh were raised in a creative home shaped by architecture and design and developed a clear, disciplined approach to form early on. Today, their work focuses on refining proportions, removing unnecessary detail and creating furniture that feels calm, uncomplicated and designed to work naturally in everyday life. True to this approach, the Lucerne sofa bed has a simple, elegant expression that conceals its second function until needed.

“You should first notice the shape, the proportions, the comfort, and the upholstery, because those are the things you live with every day.”
