BoConcept partnered with developer Grow 2 on the project's show apartment, bringing that cosmopolitan vision to life. This article looks at how that collaboration came together, and what it reveals about BoConcept as an interior design partner for luxury residential developments.
The Vision A Cosmopolitan Life Experience
The show apartment needed to embody Halo Tower's cosmopolitan lifestyle, refined, contemporary, and effortlessly liveable. BoConcept answered this through a meticulous selection from its Premium collection, combining exclusivity with genuine everyday comfort, so daily life could flow naturally through a space that signals real sophistication.
The Challenge Collaboration Across Distance
The BoConcept and Grow 2 teams worked from different locations throughout the project, with every session, from the first conversation to the final purchase, taking place virtually. Openness, clarity, and constant communication kept both teams aligned on the client's expectations and on the shared goal: a show apartment compelling enough to attract investors towards the development's remaining units. One in-person moment still proved essential. Ahead of closing the order, the teams coordinated a visit to BoConcept's Monterrey store, where hands-on support helped define the exact finishes for each piece, bringing precision to a process built mainly on remote collaboration.
The Concept Designed for Personalisation
Halo Tower Sky Residence lets end clients fully personalise their apartment layout, from room distribution to multi-level configurations, supported by the many ways spaces within the development can connect. BoConcept began with a completely open floor plan, designing the space from the perspective of a future owner. From there, the team shaped a layout directed at the profile of client this development is designed to attract, keeping the plan open and introducing only the walls essential to the design. Iconic BoConcept pieces completed the picture, elevating the sense of luxury and exclusivity throughout.
