As a Sales & Design Consultant, your goal is to provide clients with a unique, friendly, and design-led shopping experience. Using BoConcept’s proprietary design tools, you’ll create customised home furnishing solutions that reflect each client’s lifestyle and vision. This role goes beyond selling furniture – you’ll be offering complete interior solutions that transform the way our clients live.
You’ll also contribute to the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for every customer.
HSC or higher education, with at least 2 years of retail or service industry experience
Strong background in selling lifestyle or premium consumer goods
Preferably an interior design background or qualification
Confident working with inventory and design IT systems
Passionate about design and dedicated to providing tailored interior solutions
Proven ability to achieve sales targets, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
