  Delivery & assembly

  For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional service team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are trained in our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly.

  Delivery time

  At BoConcept we do not have all our products in stock, as most of our furniture is made just for you and your home.

  Our normal delivery time is 10-12 weeks for board furniture, 10-12 weeks for upholstery furniture. (All items in your order will be delivered simultaneously, unless otherwise stated.)

  ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

  If you change your mind about your order, you can, of course, cancel or change it within 48 hours. For custom made items, however, you must cancel or change your order within 24 hours.

  RETURNS

  We take great pride in the quality of our furniture and pay great attention to detail, construction and finish. We carefully inspect every piece and we recommend you to do the same upon receipt of your furniture. If you have ordered a non-bespoke item, you are entitled to return your purchase within a certain number of days as long as it is unused and undamaged. We ask you to return the product in its orginal packaging. A usage, transport or restocking fee will apply.   Product claims
